Cottage Senior Advisors is a locally owned and operated placement agency serving families in the Nashville, Tennessee, area. Our agency was established to help families through the process of selecting the best senior living community for their loved ones while saving families time, money, and stress. We do diligent legwork and negotiate with the families’ chosen community to ensure budget and care requirements are completely satisfied without compromising their loved one’s comfort. Moreover, we ensure to keep our client’s personal and contact information confidential.

Patti Keitzman

Patti got her nursing degree in California but has spent the last 22 years in the Nashville area. In 2020, she started the search for a senior community as her parents could no longer keep up with all the house and yard chores (and didn’t even want to if they could!). Her mom also craved more social interactions. They found a great place and moved in during the fall of 2020. A year later, her dad started to get seriously ill and passed in December 2021. Patti is so thankful that they were already in a community that could be a support to her mom and that she didn’t have to go through the process of selling a home, downsizing and finding a community during such a difficult time.

During their own family’s search for the perfect community, Patti became aware of the need to help other families with the transition to senior care communities. She wants to help alleviate some of the pain and stress around some of the challenges and decisions that need to be made, often when families are least likely to be able to make them. She loves helping families and seniors move into their new homes so they can enjoy their lives without all the hassles and stress.
